Privacy Policy

Our 4Renters software is a Windows application run on user in-house computers, so 4Renters probably does not need a privacy policy. Its only use of the web is emailing; and it only creates and sends email. It doesn't read email. However, for more reassurance, even our website does not allow a view of user data except when processing a request requiring a user-entered key. Even then, we do not show any data that is not easily obtained from a common web search. Furthermore, we do not store or process any data that might be deemed secure. Nonetheless, we prevent unauthorized access by following industry-standard procedures for properly protecting our database of user information. For ultimate security our website uses PayPal; and all sensitive data related to payments is processed by PayPal, and never handled in any way by our website.
